77,73 km Honningsvåg – Nordkapp
Today I can consider that my trip started. Finally I got to the starting point, the farthermost you can reach by road in Europe, and from now on I will be heading south.
I didn’t start too early because I thought that it was not going to be too hard. I was really wrong. Most of the way to Nordkapp it was uphill (which made the way back better). There was a really strong wind, and for they way there and return, also strong snow. Surprisingly it didn’t snow when I was visiting the North Cape.
I was really lucky that I got there before the buses, so it was not opened, like this I saved the entrance money. It’s really not cheap to enter.
There I talked with some other tourists, mainly surprised that I was there with a bike. When I told them I was going to go to Spain some of them thought I was joking.
There was a nice view from there, but after I ate my lunch and took lots of pictures, I turned southwards.
It took me much longer than expected this 77 km, so I’m spending another night in Honningsvåg. My couchsurfing host was really nice and offered me to stay a second night there. He even cooked a really tasty dinner. Tusen takk Erling!

28th de abril – Llegada al punto de partida
77,73 km Honningsvåg – Nordkapp
Hoy ya puedo considerar que mi viaje ha empezado. Por fin he llegado al punto de inicio, lo más al norte que se puede llegar por carretera en Europa, y a partir de ahora todo el camino es hacia el sur.
No he empezado muy pronto porque pensaba que no iba a ser difícil. Pero estaba equivocado. Casi todo el camino hacia el Cabo Norte ha sido cuesta arriba (por lo que la vuelta ha sido bastante más facil). Durante el camino hacía mucho viento y ha nevado bastante. Sorprendentemente mientras he visitado el cabo, ha empezado a hacer mejor tiempo.
He tenido mucha suerte de haber llegado antes que los autobuses, así que como estaba “cerrado”, no he tenido que pagar la entrada, la cual no es barata.
Allí he hablado con varios turistas, muchos de ellos sorprendidos de que hubiera llegado en bicicleta. Cuando les he dicho que pensaba llegar hasta Tarifa, algunos pensaban que estaba bromeando.
Las vistas desde Nordkapp eran increíbles. Pero no me quedado mucho tiempo. Después de sacar unas fotos y comerme el bocata, he dado la vuelta.
Estos 77km me han costado más de lo que esperaba, por lo que voy a pasar otra noche en Honningsvåg. El señor que me aloja es muy majo y me ha ofrecido quedarme ahí. Además ha preparado una cena muy rica. ¡Gracias Erling!

No es tan fácil encontrar Internet por aquí. Hay muy pocos pueblos y algunos ni siquiera tienen tiendas. Supongo que en el sur, más poblado, sera más accesible.
